The Day of Reckoning came and went in October 2023. Not that anyone took any notice. The FARCE still continues.  Fair play to the Monitoring Officer, she manages to remain Untouchable and Unaccountable. Who gives a flying duck if she doesn’t work in compliance with the Council’s Constitution.  The majority of the councillors don’t care. That’s a FACT.
