It’s not just the Merthyr Councillors that don’t appear to understand that it is their failure to hold Senior Officers to account  for their  wrongdoings that the Council continues to conduct its business following UNCONSTITUTIONAL practices.

Who was at Full Council Meeting on 13th September 2023 and could have or should have realised that Councillor Jenkins’s Response did not answer the Question?

The Day of Reckoning came and went in October 2023. Not that anyone took any notice. The FARCE still continues.  Fair play to the Monitoring Officer, she manages to remain Untouchable and Unaccountable. Who gives a flying duck if she doesn’t work in compliance with the Council’s Constitution.  The majority of the councillors don’t care. That’s a FACT.
