This is the 2019 Audit Wales Report that the current Monitoring Officer and the previous Monitoring Officer of Merthyr Council have suppressed from the Council Members and the people of Merthyr Tydfil. The current Monitoring Officer has recently mislead (LIED to) the Members by implying that the report has been seen and discussed at a Council Meeting.
You will not find a minute of any Council Committe that confirms what the Monitoring Officer has stated. https://merthyrcouncilcoverupblog.home.blog/2023/09/11/the-original-audit-wales-wao-report-on-the-review-of-whistleblowing-arrangements-related-to-safeguarding-at-merthyr-council/?page_id=17725
The Pimpernel Report aka the Audit Wales Report on the Review of Whistleblowing Arrangements related to Safeguarding at Merthyr Council (published in August 2019). Never ever been presented for consideration and discussion by a Council Committee and never been investigated. Not one person has ever been made accountable for the failures identified in the report.
