The Merthyr Council Cover-up – is not about an allegation of unreasonable restraint of a pupil made against the Head Teacher of Ynysowen Primary School in February 2016.

Clarification I think that I should clarify the issue of the alleged Safeguarding and Child Protection incident at Ynysowen Primary School. An allegation was made that the Head Teacher of the School used unreasonable restraint when dealing with a difficult pupil. At Merthyr Tydfil, does it really matter which political party or group is in  control of the administration when it comes down to dealing with the wrongdoings and unaccountability of the Senior Officers?

No.It doesn't matter in any way whatsoever. The Senior Officers are able to manipulate and misinform the Council members with no fear or favour. The Labour Group, The Independent Group, the 'other' Independent Group and the Reform Group do nothing, even though they are all aware of the wrongdoings.

The price good people pay for indifference is to be manipulated and persecuted by evil people like Carys Kennedy and her Flying Monkey Fran Donnelly formerly employed at Merthyr Council.
