My concerns
My concerns about the misleading Draft Minutes for Full Council on Wednesday, 12th November, 2025.
A non elected Senior Officer decided that he would not allow an elected member of the Council to respond to a question from a member of the public (aka ME) put to the meeting of the Full Council by the Mayor.
Geraint Morgan Hijacks My Questions
Geraint Morgan has been appointed as the new Head of Legal and Monitoring Officer.
His tenure at the Council began on Friday 23rd May 2025.
I look forward to seeing huge improvements in the practices of good governance at the Council.
To say that such improvements are necessary is an understatement.
Format change of Minutes of meetings
The Monitoring Officer is responsible for the maintenance of the Constitution.
