It would appear that the Monitoring Officer and the Democratic Services Department will go to any lengths to ensure that no Council Meeting will ever see the Audit Wales Report on the Review of Whistleblowing Arrangements related to Safeguarding at Merthyr Council by not including reference to it on agendas and minutes of meetings.

Democracy Campaigner fighting for the Senior Officers of Merthyr Council, the Chair of Governors and the Head Teacher of Ynysowen Primary School to be made accountable for the cover-up of their failures to follow Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures from February 2016. Also, for the Monitoring Officer, Carys Kennedy, to be made accountable for acceding to the demands to sack a Senior HR Officer made by a Cabal of 5 Heads of Primary Schools from the Southern Cluster led by Simone Roden, Head of Ynysowen. Also, for ensuring that the Council complies with the Constitution and the practice of good governance at all times.
