She didn’t do her job. She didn’t do what she should have done.
In not doing what she should have done, she played her part in protecting her career as Director of Social Services at the Council and the careers of other colleagues, and at the same destroying the career of another long serving, honest and professional Senior HR Officer.
Shame on you, Lisa Curtis-Jones.
