Local Democracy Campaigner fighting for the Senior Officers of Merthyr Council, the Chair of Governors and the Head Teacher of Ynysowen Primary School to be made accountable for the cover-up of their failures to follow Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures from February 2016. Also, for the Monitoring Officer to be made accountable for acceding to the demands to sack a Senior HR Officer made by a Cabal of 5 Heads of Primary Schools from the Southern Cluster led by Simone Roden, Head of Ynysowen. Also, for ensuring that the Council complies with the Constitution and the practice of good governance at all times.
The failure to comply with the Council’s Constitution continues unchecked regarding the presentation of minutes of Committee Meetings to Full Council.
The Monitoring Officer strikes again with the practice of Obfuscation (the action of making something obscure, unclear, or unintelligible).
